How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Is shipping free?

Yes! All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us and we'll arrange a return or exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

Are the products covered by warranty?

Yes, all products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See individual product pages for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and changes may not be possible. Contact us ASAP if you need to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days). Import duties and taxes may apply.
